• Assist clients with filling various forms
• Provide up-to-date information on immigration policies (work permits, family & spousal sponsorship, extension of status, Permanent Resident (PR) card, and Citizenship)
• Introduction to the community and resources
• Intercultural & Intergenerational counselling
• Offer educational information sessions on resettlement issues
• Keep the list of interpreters and translators
• Specialized services & counselling for women and families
