The Society provides clients with:

  • an extensive, personalized wraparound settlement plan
  • one-on-one, family and group support
  • appropriate information and services to address settlement needs
  • awareness of community and other resources to deal with settlement issues
  • knowledge of life in Canada, including laws, rights and responsibilities
  • language skills and other skills for adapting to the Canadian society
  • knowledge, skills and connections related to the Canadian work environment
  • connections to community and public institution

The Society assists clients to:

  • make informed decisions about life in Canada, enjoy rights and act on their responsibilities in the Canadian society
  • use Canada’s official languages to function and participate in the Canadian society
